Quality Control

In today's fiercely competitive landscape, the age-old debate of quality vs. quantity feels outdated. It's the strategic blend of both that paves the way for your success amid the race for prominence.

We work hard so you don’t have to worry about :

Understanding Your Requirements

Initial Production Assessment

Our Factory & Environment Assessment (FEA) meticulously examines environmental and ethical production conditions. The Pre-Production Check (PPC) ensures production specifications align with your requirements. This customized assessment seamlessly integrates with the Factory Quality Assessment (FQA), enabling factory evaluation before placing orders, tailored to your specific needs.

Supplier Evaluations

Ongoing Quality Monitoring

The In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) conducts real-time inspections during production to verify product compliance. By monitoring the production process, we minimize the risk of subpar quality and ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations. Timely detection of potential execution issues allows for swift and efficient corrective actions, ensuring a seamless production flow.

Negotiating and Supervising

Pre-shipment Quality Check

The Final Random Inspection (FRI) involves a meticulous visual examination of goods before shipment. Typically performed at the manufacturer's site, samples are selected using predefined sampling procedures. Inspection criteria, encompassing quality, quantity, marking, and packing, align with your specifications and reference samples. After FRI completion, a comprehensive inspection report is provided to you. If all findings are positive, we issue an inspection certificate to the supplier.

Container Loading Oversight

We guarantee the correct loading of your goods and inspect containers for any defects or unsanitary conditions. Damaged containers, such as broken welding seams or gaps, especially on the roof, pose a significant risk of water damage from seawater or rain.
